تناول البحث مظاهر التجديد في توجيه القراءات القرآنية فكان في مقدمة وتمهيد وخمسة مباحث وخاتمة وثبت للمصادر والمراجع، أما المقدمة فبيّنت أهمية الموضوع وخطة العمل والعينة التي سيتناولها البحث بالدراسة والتحليل، وفي التمهيد عرّف البحث بمفهوم التوجيه، وقدّم نبذة عن بداية التوجيه ونشأته، أما المبحث الأول فتناول مرحلة التوجيه الضمني، وفي المبحث الثاني تناول مرحلة التوجيه القصدي، وفي المبحث الثالث تناول مرحلة التوجيه الحشدي، وفي المبحث الرابع تناول مرحلة التوجيه التخصصي، وفي المبحث الخامس تناول مرحلة التوجيه التفاعلي، ثم جاءت الخاتمة لتلم بأهم النتائج، وتلتها قائمة تعرّف بالمصادر والمراجع التي قام عليها البحث
